• In addition to our training offers, we believe that some situations need more than „just“ a training plan and performance orientation. People and their life situations are complex and sometimes you just need somebody skilled, genuinely interested and trustworthy to ask the right questions and listen carefully. Somebody who takes you and your situation seriously. Somebody who has experience with situations like yours.

Our coaching is focused on you as an individual person and is intended to help you in your personal challenges, in and around but by far not only your climbing life.

From good, empathic and structured talks with somebody with an objective and healthy distance to concrete strategies to work things out, we’re dedicated to be a helpful resource on the way.

  • Here are some examples of challenges, where a coaching would help you in addition or instead of a training program, all of those being just a bit too individual and complex for a standard plan:

    A FEW SAMPLE SCENARIOS

    • Your life changed in a way that you don’t seem to have the same time, energy, simply: resources than before and this troubles you.

    • You feel like you’re suffering from stress, fear, pressure around your climbing.

    • You try to come back from a crisis, throughbacks or life events.

    • You’re restarting after injury, sickness, or other challenges.

    • You’d like to improve your nutrition, wellbeing or health and you’re wondering how that works with a climbing lifestyle.

    • You feel mentally or physically challenged and want to work things out for or with your climbing.

    • Your main climbing partner happens to be your life partner. Which sounds like the perfect setup on the first glimpse can bring challenges.

  • Many people in climbing still have the idea that you have to qualify for a training or coaching by a already high climbing standard. That’s just not the case, especially not in coaching interventions. You’re a human, that’s what qualifies you.

  • Depending on your needs and situation, our coaching deals range from 1h (95 €), typically go over 5-10 sessions or can be done within a TIYP (trainer in your pocket) coaching and training combo.
